The company was established in Hong Kong in 2002 as a boutique comprehensive business advisory platform providing Foreign Direct Investment related legal and consulting services to SME and individuals interested to invest in real estate, manufacturing, telecoms and other services. From 2010 we also began to focus our practice on Fintech related investments.
Create | Adapt | Evolve
Create | Adapt | Evolve
Since then the SwissProFintech group practice has focused on providing legal and consulting services to start-up Fintech and Financial Services companies including; crypto related business models, crowdfunding businesses, money remittance, money exchange, payment services, asset management, forex brokerage, electronic money institutions and banks in various jurisdictions such as Europe (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg), Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland and the United Kingdom to mention the most important.
We also provide merger and acquisition services and have been involved in the sale of several financial legal entities from money remittance companies to banks.
Finally, from 2018 we will start a new service consisting of matchmaking services between the creator of fintech start-up and investors.
Create! Over the past 15 years we advised hundreds of financial services start-up companies and guided their owners through the throes of starting a business from scratch, the difficulties of branding and marketing a new business, of building a client base all of this while keeping an eye on the financial results and the difficulties and making its mark in a business world where only multinationals get the red-carpet treatment. One of the advantages of working with SwissFintechPro is that 15 years ago, we were ourselves a start-up and as a result we speak the same language as our clients and understand the challenges a business creator is facing.
Adapt! You are already running your business, but you are now facing a new challenge. The capacity of a company to grow over time, depends upon of its willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and to constantly align its service offers to the market opportunities. If there is not a perfect alignment between the services you are offering and the needs of your client’s customer base then a mismatch will occur and optimum growth cannot be reached. Here again, the SwissFintechPro expert team can guide you and provide you with the insightful solutions your business will need to thrive.
Evolve! In a world in which is constantly changing, today’s promising start-up may very well become tomorrow's has-been if they do not evolve constantly. One of the most notable examples of a company which did not evolve in time is Blackberry. The company was one of the fastest growing smartphone companies in the early 2000’s but the Blackberry smartphone products became outdated in a few years and the company has now had to go through a painful process to reinvent itself in the software business. Over the years SwissFintechPro has developed specialist expertise in identifying the solutions required to avoid your business model becoming ineffective.
Our team is composed of lawyers, financial advisers and accountants who have years of experience in the business. As more and more knowledge and fields of expertise are required to launch a fintech business we work both with in-house and outside experts depending upon the needs of our clients.
